I felt inspired to invite you to a beautiful place, surrounded by nature, with an awareness of our inner power, the awakening of our senses, and a return to our instincts.

Just after the spring equinox, I invite you to celebrate this new energy together.

EXPERIENCE:

We will gather at the beautiful Hôtel du Club Alpin in Champex-Lac for the practical session with a view of the lake, followed by a gentle walk that will lead us to a crackling fire in the forest, where a chocolate fondue will be waiting for us, accompanied by a delicious tea.
